THE FINE PRINT:
- Tuition is paid monthly via automatic debits through FACTS. The annual fee for this service is $50 per family. You may choose to have the payments debited on the 5th or the 20th of each month. The first installment is either June 5th or June 20th. The last installment is April 5th or April 20th. Tuition includes books, insurance, some specialists' fees, local field trips, a yearbook and other resources. The 4th and 8th grade out of town field trips are additional. Middle School iPad fees are not included.
- BSBA offers a multi-child discount to help enable families to provide Christian education for all of their children. The oldest child will be charged Full Tuition, each subsequent child will receive a 9% discount. If you have a child in a VPK program, sibling discounts and paid in full discounts are not available.
- BSBA offers a discount of $100 per student if tuition is paid in full prior to June 1.
- If a student is withdrawn, all payments up to and including the date of withdrawal are forfeited. If a student withdraws after the first day of school, a 15% balance of the contract applies.
SPORTS FEES
BSBA offers competitive sports teams for 4th - 8th grade students.

FOOD SERVICE
BSBA processes meal service transactions through www.k12paymentcenter.com which allows parents the ability to review and monitor payments on a daily basis. Parents should maintain a positive balance in their child's account at all times.

AEP
AEP stands for the Academic Enhancement Program. We provide curriculum support for students in grades JrK-8. With our support, it is hoped that students will be able to build independence and success, despite some academic challenges in Reading or Math. A student must demonstrate a need based on past performance, teacher recommendation and/or parental concern. Once a checklist is complete, parents will be contacted to begin the process of qualifying for the program. This is a fee based program.
COMPASS
COMPASS is an invitation only, academic enhancement program designed for those students in grades 2-5 who need extra challenge above their regular classroom curriculum. COMPASS incorporates “hands-on” STEM learning activities, science inquiries, project and performance based learning, and a Robotics unit. Each year we travel to the USF Engineering Expo for a field trip. COMPASS meets once a week for 45 minutes during the school day. This is a fee based program.
BEFORE/AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM
Explorers Club is a program at BSBA designed to help parents who need care for their children on a regular basis beyond the hours of the school day. Explorers Club offers supervision and a variety of enrichment activities for children from our ELC through 8th grade. Families may choose part time care (1 to 3 days per week) or full time care (4 to 5 days per week). Daily activities include homework time, snack time, supervised free play, crafts and organized games. For safety and staffing requirements all enrollment intentions must be prescheduled. Morning care begins at 6:30 AM. After care ends at 6:00 PM. Fees are published on our website.
