ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
CARLINE:
- Carline Drop Off Time: 7:50 - 8: 15
- 2s - 1st Grade will enter off Bell Shoals Road to Preschool Carline.
- 2nd - 8th Grades will enter off Brooker Road to SEC Carline.
- Families with multiple children drop off location will be with the youngest child.
- Students may not be dropped off prior to 7:50 am.
PARK AND WALK:
- Park and Walk: 8:00 - 8:15
- All parents of ELC-8th grade may park and walk in only using the south doors. Please view carline map.
- Parents are welcome to walk students to their classrooms doors on the first floor.
- After the first day of school, parents are not permitted on the second floor for students 2nd-8th grade. You are welcome to walk them to the stairway.
BEFORE CARE PROGRAM:

DISMISSAL INSTRUCTIONS
- All parents will be given car tags of the student(s) you will be picking up.
- All students are dismissed using Carline. Park and walk up options are not available.
- If you need to sign your student our earlier than dismissal, you must do so before 2:00 pm.
- All students that are not picked up on time will be taken to Explorers Club. A charge of $1.00 per minute to a maximum of $30.00 for each student will be assessed on the family statement.

ELC FULL DAY: 11:45 am 12:00 pm

CARLINE MAP
We want your child’s arrival and pick-up to proceed as smoothly and safely as possible. Therefore, we require that you follow the designated car line traffic pattern to avoid congestion.
All parents will be given car tags of the students you will be picking up. Your child will be brought to your car by a teacher. Due to safety concerns, we ask that you remain in the car line and refrain from walking in to pick up your child.
Follow the designated car line traffic pattern to avoid congestion and allow your child's arrival and pick-up to proceed as smoothly and safely as possible.
Cell phone use during car line is dangerous.
If you need to go to the office or leave your car for any reason, please park in designated parking areas only. Please do not leave children unattended.
Extra Curricular Activities: All students participating in after school activities will generally be picked up at the west car line unless otherwise instructed. All students participating in athletics will be dismissed at The Point.
Please Note: Due to safety issues, siblings cannot stay after school to wait for students who are attending extracurricular activities.
